Weekly Classes
One of the many joys of yoga is that there is something in it for everyone; whether it be the physical strength aspects, the stretching, the breath work, the relaxation, or something else.
Join me in my weekly hatha yoga classes to improve your strength and flexibility, calm your mind, and find the element of yoga that you connect with. Working with 4 week progressive plans, to see your growth from week to week and leave feeling enrgised and refreshed.
All of my classes are mixed ability and offer plenty of adaptations and progressions to suit the needs of all, from beginners to those with more experience.
